End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2026 • Applicable to No ID No Entry Mobile Applications (Android & iOS) and Cloudflare Edge Services
1. Grant of License & Device Seat Limits
1.1 Limited License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible mobile devices that you own or lawfully control, strictly for personal, non-commercial, or familial safety purposes.
1.2 Device Seat Limits
- Free Baseline Tier: Licensed for use on strictly one (1) primary mobile device.
- Active Shield Pro Tier ($0.99/mo or $9.99/yr): Licensed for use on up to three (3) personal or familial devices (Parent + Kids).
- Family Pack Pro Tier ($2.99/mo or $29.99/yr): Licensed for use on up to six (6) household devices.
Circumventing device caps or sharing account credentials across unauthorized parties constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2. Immutable Architecture & Always-On Philosophy (Hard Rule 2)
You acknowledge that the core architectural design of No ID No Entry operates on an Always-On, Immutable Security Constitution. Unlike conventional consumer applications, the Software does not provide user toggles or switches to pause, deactivate, or suspend core protection shields. This design prevents impulsive disabling during gambling episodes or predatory coercion.
The only method to disable protection in Self-Protected Mode is to uninstall the Software via Android App Settings. In Guardian Mode, uninstallation is locked behind the Guardian Master PIN.
3. Guardian Key Lockdown & Anti-Stalkerware Prohibition (Hard Rule 4)
3.1 Parental / Custodial Legal Attestation
When configuring the Application in Guardian Mode, you solemnly swear and attest under penalty of perjury that:
- You are the lawful biological parent, legal adoptive parent, or court-appointed legal guardian holding legal custody of the minor child using the protected device; OR
- You are configuring your own personal hardware device for voluntary addiction prevention and self-exclusion.
3.2 Hardware TEE Key Storage
The Guardian master PIN is encrypted and stored strictly within the device's local hardware Trusted Execution Environment (TEE / Android Keystore / iOS Secure Enclave). We never receive or maintain copies of your Guardian Key. If you lose your key, we cannot remotely retrieve or reset it.
4. Financial Deposit Interception & Anti-Gambling Policy (Hard Rule 3)
4.1 Cashier Pre-Emption
The Application monitors foreground application launches, browser intents, and accessibility window structures to detect and pre-empt unauthorized deposit requests directed to gambling portals, E-Sabong platforms, and offshore bookmakers originating from Philippine e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay) and online banking cashiers (payments.gcash.com, checkout.paymaya.com, dragonpay.ph).
4.2 Casino Fund Withdrawal Grace Protocol
To prevent total financial forfeiture of users' lawful pre-existing deposited funds, the Application includes a strict 2-Session Withdrawal Grace Tracker. This mechanism grants two temporary 30-minute browser sessions solely for retrieving legitimate principal balances. Once two sessions expire, the domain is permanently sinkholed on-device with zero bypass. The Licensor is not responsible for any gambling operator's refusal to process withdrawal requests.
5. Statutory Medical & Crisis Disclaimer (Pillar 5)
NO ID NO ENTRY IS AN INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE SECURITY UTILITY AND IS NOT A LICENSED HEALTHCARE FACILITY, PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC, MEDICAL PRACTICE, OR 911/1553 EMERGENCY RESPONSE DISPATCHER.
All parental educational guides, crisis de-escalation models, and crisis hotline directories accessible through the Software or web portal (noidnoentry.pages.dev/parents-guide) are provided strictly for general psychoeducational purposes. If you suspect imminent physical danger, violence, armed threats, or self-harm, immediately call 911 (US), 1553 (PH NCMH), 111/999 (UK), or your local emergency dispatchers.
6. No-Infallibility Warranty & Evolving Cyber Threats
Zero-Bypass Policy on Confirmed Signatures: The Software enforces a rigid zero-bypass blocking policy on confirmed malicious signatures stored within its regional database.
AS-IS Disclaimer: Because malicious actors constantly generate polymorphic URLs, ephemeral redirects, Base64 encodings, and novel communication channels, the Licensor does not warrant or guarantee that the Software will intercept 100% of all scam calls, smishing payloads, online gambling mirrors, violent manifestos, or predatory interactions. The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
7. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed via Google Play Store In-App Billing or Apple App Store In-App Purchases. Billing terms, renewal dates, and payment processing are governed by the respective app store's terms of service.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your Google Play or Apple ID subscription management page. Upon cancellation, your device reverts to the Free Baseline Tier at the end of the prepaid period.
- Restore Purchases: Users who reinstall the application may tap "Restore Purchases" in the Subscription screen to reactivate their Active Shield Pro tier without re-billing.
8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, FINANCIAL CASINO RECHARGE LOSSES, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS).
THE LICENSOR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
This Agreement shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration administered in accordance with Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) rules.
